TERMS OF SALE, USE AND CONDITION

1.  Terms of Sale and Use

• All items are subject to prior sale. Before placing an order, we encourage you to contact us if you have any specific questions about an item.
• All prices are net of applicable sales tax, shipping, insurance costs, and any applicable import fees, duties, VAT, or other costs that may be applicable. Postage, shipping, special order or large size packing, insurance and applicable sales taxes are extra.
• Items described as “first editions” may or may not be first printings, as indicated in their respective descriptions.
• All items are guaranteed as described. Refunds are limited to original purchase price.
• Any purchased item may be returned per our policy set forth above.
• All items remain the property of Grinning Cat Books until payment is made in full.

2.   Payment.  We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay and other common payment providers. All books must be prepaid unless credit has been established. Sales within the state of Maryland are subject to 6% sales tax, but we net out the cost of taxes in the price your pay.
